July Updates

Enrollment Verification:

Each year you are sent an email to update your InfoSnap enrollment information (for returning students). If you completed registration for your incoming student prior to July, you will also be asked to update your registration information. (Sorry for the confusion, but the system automatically asks you to verify information).

**This is a very important step, as students will not be assigned to a class until the verification is complete. Please check your email and complete as soon as possible or call for assistance after July 19th. 

During this verification, you will be able to update your email address to make sure you receive the special message from your student’s teacher. Please also check that you add any persons who will pick up for the coming school year. This will make things smooth for when you need someone other than you to pick up your student.

School Supplies:    If you pre-ordered packaged supplies, our PTA will deliver these supplies into your child’s classroom.  If you want to order them on your own, you may purchase supplies at all nearby grocery stores.  Here is a list of supplies:  Wilkinson Supply List 2021-2022pdf   Please do not worry if you cannot find all supplies.  Our teachers are grateful for whatever you can supply.  Please bring supplies to Meet the Teacher, so there will be less for students to carry in on the 1st day.

Spirit Wear:  If you are following our PTA on Facebook, more information will come out about our spirit shirts, yard signs and more for the coming school year.

Classroom Assignments:  All students will receive a video message from their teacher on or around August 4-6.  (3rd and 4th will have two).  Please check the email you have listed in Parent Access, as that will be the email used and you don’t want to miss the special video message. After messages are sent, the front office will have a class list but will not have access to the video messages.


Meet the Teacher:  This exciting “come and go” event…

PPCD, Pre-K, Kindergarten & 1st Grade: August 5th from 5:30 PM-7:00 PM

2nd, 3rd, and 4th Grade: August 9th from 5:30-7:00 PM

You will be able to walk the campus, get car rider tags, sign up for bus transportation, sign up for PTA, meet your teachers, and talk with Fine Arts.  You don’t want to miss this event!


First Day of School:  The first day of school is Wednesday, August 11th.  Doors will open at 7:30 AM and school begins at 8:00 AM.
